Terms and Conditions of Subscription:

  • You are subscribing to receive this Meat Box/Order on a monthly basis. In so doing, you are helping create a predictable flow of income for our farmers.
  • Our team will call you each time to confirm delivery and ensure that there is someone around to receive your order.
  • This subscription will continue indefinitely unless cancelled by you or us.
  • We understand that life happens. When it does, you may pause your subscription by reaching out to farmersclub@livestockwealth.com with at least 10 days’ notice before the next payment cycle.
  • In the unfortunate event of a failed payment attempt during your subscription without prior communication with us – your subscription will be paused, and you will be liable to pay R100 for every month the payment attempt fails.
  • You will need to please give us 30 days’ notice before cancelling your subscription so that we can plan accordingly with our farmers.

Delivery Times:

Gauteng:
We deliver within 1-3 working days of your order. For subscriptions, we deliver monthly as per your 1st delivery date.

Durban & PMB:
We deliver to Durban & PMB twice a month: the 2nd and 4th week of the month.

Delivery:

Free Delivery on orders over R398. R55 delivery fee for orders under R399.

Cancellations & size changes:

Yes you can, with 30 days notice. This means you will still need to pay for 1 more beef box after submitting cancellation form below.
